Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary content to complete projects on schedule. Delays in client responses may extend deadlines.
All services are billed as per the agreed proposal. Payments must be made according to the invoice schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
All original work created by us remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client (excluding licensed stock images, fonts, or software).
We respect your business information and maintain confidentiality at all times. Clients must also respect our proprietary processes and data.
We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of revenue, data, or reputation caused by marketing outcomes. Results may vary based on market conditions.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments for completed work remain due immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
